REACH

Research & outreach for independent musicians

Find the places that will actually play your music.

REACH searches the live web for the blogs, radio shows, playlist curators and magazines that fit your track — keeps the receipt for every claim it makes — and never sends a word without your approval.

One sentence: a research-and-outreach engine that refuses to make things up.

Built on receipts, not vibes

These are the actual interface components, doing on this page exactly what they do in the app.

Every claim carries its source

Each opportunity has a "Why do we know this?" panel — the source page, the outlet's own words, the date it was read, and how sure REACH is. Drafted pitches list the source of every factual sentence.

UNKNOWN stays UNKNOWN

A stream count nobody entered is not zero. A score component that can't be computed is not skipped. Gaps render as deliberate telemetry:

Monthly streams UNKNOWN
Audience fit UNKNOWN

Not an error. Not a warning. Just the truth about what nobody measured.

Scores name their verdict

Opportunities score 0–100 from named components — genre match, credibility, contact verification, freshness — each one inspectable, none of them a percentage of nothing.

How it works

  1. Add your music

A title and an artist are enough. Everything you don't know stays UNKNOWN.

  2. Discover

REACH runs dozens of live web searches built from your track's profile, through a hardened crawler that respects robots.txt and drops bot walls.

  3. Review the evidence

Qualified outlets arrive scored, deduplicated, and sourced. Scam sites arrive BLOCKED, with reasons.

  4. Approve outreach

Every pitch is built only from sourced facts. You read the exact message; editing it cancels any approval.

  5. Get responses

Replies, placements and follow-ups tracked per outlet — placements only count with an evidence URL.

What REACH refuses to do

Most outreach tools compete on what they automate. REACH competes on what it won't.

No pay-for-play

Guaranteed-streams and guaranteed-placement sites are BLOCKED outright, with the evidence attached.

No sending without you

Every email needs your explicit approval, bound to a fingerprint of the exact message. Sending stays locked until your domain passes real DNS checks.

No invented numbers

Stream counts come from your own reported figures. Fit claims come from the outlet's own pages. Nothing is padded to look better.

No CAPTCHA solving, no login walls

Outlets that need forms, logins or platform tools route to you as prepared tasks — with your answers copy-ready.

No automated DMs, no scraping private pages

Only public pages, crawled politely: robots.txt honored, rate limits kept, private interfaces untouched.

No silent failures

A provider without credentials says NOT CONNECTED. A refusal states its reason. Demo data is labeled on every screen.

Where REACH honestly is

Early software, in active development. Each REACH instance serves one artist or team. Discovery, evidence, scoring and drafting work today; email sending unlocks only after your sending domain passes SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks — and that gate is the product working, not a limitation of it.
